Carol Coombs

Billing Coordinator

Carol has been part of this practice for over 30 years. She has developed beautiful relationships with patients over the years. Carol is semi-retired now and helps us in any way she can.

Carol resides in Biddeford with her husband, Mike, and enjoys hosting family gatherings every Wednesday. She is a great cook and loves spending time with her Grandson.

Pamela Hudson

Office Manager

Pam recently joined our practice as a new office manager. She has over 20 yrs of experience as a retail and Pharmacy manager. You will see Pam at the front office when you arrive. She is usually schedules appointments, answers patients’ concerns, or on the phone with insurance companies.

In her spare time, Pam loves spending time with her friends and family and also enjoys the outdoors and fishing. Pam is the happiest when she spends time with her two grandsons, who she loves to spoil. Pam is excited to be a part of the team, and we’re glad to have her, too!

Ashley Palmer

Patient Coordinator

Ashley started at the practice in April of 2021. She went to Southern Maine Community College and earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration. Afterward, she furthered her education at Kaplan University (now Perdue Global) and completed her Bachelor’s degree also in Business Administration. Ashley loves to welcome patients, answer questions and make them feel comfortable.

In her free time, Ashley likes to watch anime and Marvel-related things, as well as go to local conventions. She also loves to spend time with her boyfriend and family. Ashley is an avid animal lover and a cat mom.

Diane Thiv

Dental Hygienist

Diane is our Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the University of New England with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016 and has been with us since 2017.

Diane is very thorough and detail-oriented. She is very gentle and puts the patient at ease instantly. Diane is a great team player and is always willing to learn by taking continuing education courses to keep her skills and knowledge up to date.

In her free time, Diane and her husband love spending time with her daughter Nami. They also enjoy fishing, traveling, and trying out different cuisines.

Abigail Plumer

Dental Assistant

Abby has been the dental assistant at the office since June 2022. Originally from Lebanon, Abby lives in North Waterboro with her boyfriend and Beagle, Bella. After graduating from Noble High School, Abby attended York County Community Colleges’ dental assisting program in 2016. Abby previously worked in pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics before finding her real passion in general dentistry. Always eager to learn, Abby hopes to bring new ideas into the office and make every patient’s experience great.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and gardening with her mom.
