Our experienced office staff will work diligently on your behalf with most dental plans, and will be happy to file your claim in order to maximize your dental benefits. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time services are provided.

Patients must provide us their accurate insurance information and inform us of any changes at the time of service, so that, we can process claims properly. You may direct your insurance company to pay your benefits directly to our office by signing the authorization on the Assignment of Benefits Agreement.
